CareerCraft provides an online platform that includes:

- AI-powered interview coaching and practice sessions
- LinkedIn profile analysis and optimization suggestions
- Job application tracking dashboard
- Cover letter builder and career resources
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Plan Types
CareerCraft offers subscription plans with varying durations (6 months, 12 months, 24 months, and 3 years). All plans provide access to the full platform for the selected period.
Payment Terms
All payments are one-time charges for the subscription period selected. There are no automatic renewals unless you choose to purchase a new plan. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact support@careercraft.io within 14 days of your purchase date to request a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on CareerCraft — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are the exclusive property of CareerCraft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all resume content and personal data you create using our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CAREERCRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. CAREERCRAFT DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES — SUCCESS DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAREERCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CAREERCRAFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
